 While
our brackets provide a broad array of mounting and actuator configurations,
we still find applications with new combinations of parameters requiring
a custom design. Our competency is that we can create solutions
in short order, which don’t carry heavy tooling or order minimums.
Where
a new actuator or mounting bracket is required, 1,000 units per
year is usually the practical minimum for a custom-tooled assembly.
(This number can vary in either direction, depending on the
degree of complexity of the assembly.) From design completion, prototypes
are fabricated in our machine shop, within 2-10 working days, depending
on workload. Tooling lead-time generally runs 12-14 weeks, with
production availability 6 weeks thereafter.
